Saudi Arabia offers stopover travellers an electronic visa
For travellers who are stopping over, the Saudi Foreign Ministry launched an electronic visa service on Monday.
The transit visa for stop-over enables travellers to enter the kingdom to conduct Umrah, go to the Mosque of the Prophet, and take part in tourist activities. The traveller’s plane tickets and the free visa will be delivered to them simultaneously.

According to the Xinhua news agency, it has a three-month validity span and permits a four-day stay in the kingdom.
The Ministry announced that as of Monday, the new service is accessible on the electronic platforms of Saudia Airlines and Flynas. Passengers can apply on the platforms and obtain digital visas by email, according to the Ministry.
