Nicole Kidman, an American and Australian actress and producer is bringing a fresh perspective to her latest role in the movie Babygirl. In the movie “Babygirl” she is playing a role of high-powered CEO. The role is giving goosebumps, the CEO is having passionate affair with a much younger intern of her company. At 57 years old, Kidman is candid about her approach to this bold and sexually charged character.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Kidman shared that she felt a deep connection to her character, Romy, a woman at a crossroads in her life. Romy’s journey of self-discovery and sexual awakening resonated with Kidman, who explained that this was a story that hadn’t been told from her perspective before. “It wasn’t written for a 20-year-old,” Kidman said. “As soon as I read it, I was like, ‘Yeah, this is a voice I haven’t seen, this is a place I haven’t been.’”
Halina Reijn is the director of this movie, and this movie will be released on December 25.
Kidman highlighted the theme of sexuality. She said, “At a certain point in their sexual lives, women often face abandonment, Seeing it in this way was truly beautiful.”
