Latest Israeli Airstrikes Hit Beirut’s Southern Regions in Continued Escalation
According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, Israeli enemy warplanes on Tuesday carried out an intense series of airstrikes on Beirut’s southern suburbs, marking the latest escalation in the ongoing military campaign.
The eleventh strike of the day hit the Laylaki area near the Lebanese University with multiple missiles being fired. Earlier the tenth strike targeted the Hay Al-Amerkan neighborhood in Hadath.
The ninth airstrike targeted the area around the Sayyida Zeinab complex while the eighth focused on the Haret Hreik region. Prior to these, earlier strikes had also hit Haret Hreik, and the sixth strike targeted the Hadath area near the Mechanic district.
