Saudi FM meets with Palestinian PM and participates in panel discussion at Munich Security Conference in Germany
According to the Saudi News Agency, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh on Friday outside the Munich Security Conference 2023 in Germany.
The two sides discussed a wide range of topics and events in the regional and global spheres during the discussion.
The meeting between Prince Faisal, the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, and Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, took place in Brussels, and the topics of discussion were how to revive the Middle East peace process in accordance with international legitimacy and the Arab peace initiative.

In addition, Prince Faisal participated in a panel discussion on energy security that was conducted in conjunction with the Munich Security Conference 2023.
Senior government officials, academics, and members of civil society organisations all attended the event.
In light of the current geopolitical developments taking place in the world, the group of dignitaries discussed the significance of expanding international collaboration aiming to maintain the stability of the global energy market and continuing effective communication to face future difficulties.
The panel discussion went over a number of concerns, global events, and measures being made to improve energy security.
