Breaking News: Brazilian President Lula Undergoes Successful Brain Surgery
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva underwent surgery in São Paulo to address a brain bleed caused by a fall at home in October. According to a government statement, the 79-year-old President of Brazil is now stable and recovering in the intensive care unit.
Doctors discovered the issue after Lula experienced headaches and underwent an MRI on Monday. He was swiftly moved to Sirio Libanês Hospital for treatment.
Because of these health problems, Lula had canceled his plans to attend the BRICS summit in Russia. The medical advisers asked him to avoid extended travel.
