Arab fashion in the limelight at Ziryab Fashion Show in London
The sixth annual Ziryab Fashion Show, organized by the United Kingdom’s Women’s Growth and Success Foundation, has successfully showcased fashion from Arab designers in London.

The two day Ziryab Fashion Show supported and encouraged women in business through the themed events. Arab fashion and designers were in the limelight at the Ziryab Fashion Show.
On July 7, the headquarters of the Arab British Chamber of Commerce hosted the first day of the Ziryab Fashion Show. The event concluded the following day at Westfield London, a large shopping center in White City, West London, England.
Reportedly, ambassadors, officials, diplomats and representatives of the Arab world attended the event in London. Arab fashion and jewelry designers from all over the world participated in the event. They displayed their work to a large audience on the two day event.
Zainab Farhan Imam, the director of the WGSF, said the event was successful. Zainab Farhan Imam lauded the event. The director said that the event served as a gateway for creative and Arab designers worldwide.
In recent months, Arab designers participated in various shows. Various Arab models also hit the runway for several famous labels. Recently, Amira Al-Zuhair, a young model from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, hit the runway for Italian luxury label Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda show in Puglia, Italy. The famous event took place in Alberobello in Italy’s Puglia region, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
She also participated at Paris Haute Couture Week, hitting the catwalk for Georges Hobeika and Elie Saab on the official calendar. She also attended the Cannes Film Festival at the Palace of Festivals and Congresses of Cannes, France. She attended the opening screening of “Jeanne du Barry.”
