According to a report by Ukrainian security source, Ukraine carried out a deadly attack on Crimea. This attack led to the killing of a senior Russian military officer.

Kyivindependent reported, “A car exploded on a city street in Sevastopol in occupied Crimea on Nov. 13, killing a military service member behind the wheel, according to Russian-installed proxy head Mikhail Razvozhayev.”

The Security Service of Ukraine confirmed they organized a car bomb attack targeting Valery Trankovsky, a Russian captain. According to the source the explosion severely injured Trankovsky, leading to his death from blood loss.

According to the Lebanon news source they reported, “The source in the Security Service of Ukraine said the agency had orchestrated a car bomb attack that killed Valery Trankovsky, adding that “as a result of the explosion, the Russian captain’s legs were blown off, and he died of blood loss.”

However Ukraine has not commented on the claims, which could not be independently verified.
