Holly Willoughby makes an emotional Statement Regarding The Phillip Schofield Scandal

ITV This Morning was launched by an emotional statement from Holly Willoughby about Phillip Schofield, in which she expressed her “desire to heal.” The 42-year-old thanked the fans for coming on Monday morning while in the studio with Josie Gibson, saying, “Thank you for being here this morning.”
After returning from her vacation in Portugal, the mother of three broached the subject of the Schofield scandal while giving Josie a hug. Hello, good morning, Josie. Thank you for coming. Take a deep breath, Holly said.
“I imagine you’ve been experiencing the same things I have: it feels very strange indeed to be here without Phil. Shaken, disappointed, and full of inquiries. Everyone on This Morning supported a person who wasn’t telling the truth, Holly said.
She expressed her gratitude and her support for all the viewers who “stuck by” her and the show during the trying times of the previous few weeks. After the hug, Josie made another reference to the affair and promised that the This Morning family would reunite.
“Exactly,” Holly replied. Following Schofield’s admission that he “didn’t tell anybody” about his relationship with a former This Morning coworker, Willoughby admitted that he “did not know” in a candid interview with BBC’s Amol Rajan.
In a similar vein, the 61-year-old presenter apologized to Willoughby for lying to her about his relationship in his interview with the Sun, saying: “I’ve lost my best friend.” “I let her (Holly) down,” he continued. I stunk up the whole show. I disappointed the viewers.

Holly was one of the first people I texted to apologize for lying to her because she was unaware of the affair. She didn’t respond, and I can see why she chose not to. Therefore, it is absolutely false if anyone connects Holly to this in any way.
