Boubyan Bank Secures Three Prestigious Visa Awards in 2024

In 2024, Boubyan Bank was awarded three prestigious awards from Visa for their tremendous accomplishment in the banking industry. These are even more awards to match the phenomenal growth the bank has been subject to in international card spending, as well as its emphasis on the innovative edge in banking solutions.
The ceremony was graced by the acceptance of awards by Mr. Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri, Chief Executive Officer, Private, Consumer, and Digital Banking, and Mr. Abdullah Al-Mejhem, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Private and Consumer Banking, from the hands of Dr. Saeeda Jaffar, Senior Vice President and Group Country Manager at Visa for the GCC.
The two speakers further elaborated that such recognition is a testimony to Boubyan’s strategic outlook and commitment to fulfill changing customer expectations with state-of-the-art banking services.
The awards include:
- Best in Class Growth for International Spends on All Visa Cards in Kuwait
- Best in Class Premium International Spends Growth for Premium Visa Cards in Kuwait
- Kuwait Airways Prepaid Award for Growth
