Etisalat Balance Check: USSD Codes, App, and SMS

It’s easy to keep track of your Etisalat balance, whether you have prepaid (Wasel) or postpaid. USSD is the fastest way to do it, and the My Etisalat UAE app gives you the most detailed view.
Prepaid (Wasel) USSD: Dial *121# to see your main balance right away.
- To see bundles, deals, and account options, dial *101#.
- Open My Etisalat UAE (for iOS and Android) to see your main, data, and add-on balances and add more money.
- Send BAL to 121 or 1010 by SMS (the number may change depending on your plan).
- IVR when roaming or on a landline: Call +9714004121 to find out how much credit you have.
Postpaid USSD: Call *140# to get a summary of your bill and usage.
- App/Website: To see detailed charges, data, and add-ons, log in to My Etisalat UAE or etisalat.ae > My Account.
- Data and extras
- *170# is a common shortcut for asking about data, and *101# is a common shortcut for menu prompts.
- Check “Usage” in the app for real-time data, minutes, and SMS counters.
Pro tips
- If a code doesn’t work, the plans may change. You can either use the app or dial *101#.
- After charging, refresh the app to update the counters.
- Put USSD codes in your contacts so you can check them with one tap.
