Russia and Ukraine Exchange 350 Prisoners in Diplomatic Success

Through their 13th diplomatic exchange, Russia and Ukraine brought back 175 prisoners from both countries to their families. The third dozen prisoner exchanges between the conflicting nations now reach 3,233 known prisoners.
Under peaceful diplomatic procedures Moscow and Kyiv arranged this exchange even though they fight each other. Humanitarian exchanges can still happen between battling parties as their conflict expands across different sectors.
