• Ciel Dubai Marina – Aiming for late 2025, this is promoted as the tallest hotel-only tower in the world. Eighty-two floors, 374 meters tall, with 1,042 rooms and an observation deck that will look down on the Marina. The rooftop infinity pool will almost certainly become a selfie spot for every guest.
  
• SIRO at One Za’abeel – A hotel built for travelers who see fitness as non-negotiable. It combines nutrition, training programs, and recovery suites inside one of the city’s most striking twin towers.

• Mr. C Residences Downtown – Inspired by the Cipriani family’s Venetian heritage. A mix of hotel suites and serviced residences. Pools, a holistic spa, and Italian dining experiences will anchor the offering.
  
• The Lana by Dorchester Collection Residences – Delayed projects push the full opening here into 2026. With 225 rooms and views over Dubai Canal, this hotel is positioned as a riverside landmark.
