These positions are available in the company’s Siri, iOS, and macOS divisions. 

Apple is seeking to hire 68 professionals for the Siri division, 52 for iOS, and 46 for the macOS division, according to a Pocket-lint report. Working with multiple products is required for the remaining jobs. There aren’t many jobs specifically for generative AI. The position’s advertisement was found on Apple’s US careers page.

According to a different Wall Street Journal report, Apple has forbidden employees from using ChatGPT and other AI chatbots at work. 

Apple has stopped using not just ChatGPT but also Microsoft’s Copilot for the same reason that many other businesses have restricted the use of such technology due to concerns about data breaches. According to reports, the company is developing its own AI technology.
