Elsa Majimbo Warns Fans About Arab Stalker in G-Wagon
Elsa Majimbo, a Kenyan comedian, has admitted that a man of Arab descent stalks and follows her through the streets of Los Angeles. The comedian, who relocated from South Africa to Hollywood, called out the alleged stalker on Twitter and provided details about his race, type of vehicle, and licence plate. Please stop stalking and following me on the street if you are an Arab man who drives a black G-Wagon with the license plate 9CPK699. I’m grateful, she tweeted.
This occurs just a few days after she partied with Kelly Rowland and other A-listers at the Black Excellence Brunch in Los Angeles. During the Covid-19 era, Majimbo’s star peaked. She is now doing modelling work for upscale fashion houses and has a short documentary about her in addition to producing bite-sized comedic videos for Tiktok.
In Hollywood, stalkers of celebrities are a common annoyance.
Numerous celebrities, including Sandra Bullock, Britney Spears, and Justin Bieber, have reportedly dealt with stalkers, according to Fox News. Rebecca Schaeffer was murdered by her stalker in 1989. At age 21, a 19-year-old who had been stalking the “My Sister Sam” actress showed up at her door and shot her, taking her life. Later, Robert John Bardo was found guilty of capital murder and given a life sentence without the chance of parole.
Because of Schaeffer’s passing, Majimbo’s home state of California established the first national investigation team devoted exclusively to stalking. The Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, which forbids the Department of Motor Vehicles from disclosing individuals’ private addresses, was later passed by the state in 1994.
However, many stars are still being sought after in spite of the changes.
