Kuwait Women Set for Five-Match T20I Series in Botswana

Kuwait women’s cricket team touches down in Gaborone today starting a five-match T20I series against Botswana which runs through three days beginning May 2. The Kuwaiti women’s cricket team comes to Botswana to play a series containing five T20I matches against Botswana after their previous competition in 2024 against Myanmar and Singapore.
All spectators will experience complete match intensity since both May 2 and May 4 feature two matches each. The series starts with double matches at 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM IST on May 2, while a single match plays on May 3. A set of two more matches completes the tour on May 4.
The matches in this tournament will be hosted entirely at the Gaborone venue which serves as the capital city of Botswana. The cricket series does not have an official streaming announcement yet but Cricket.com will offer detailed coverage together with tournament updates.
Team Compositions
The Kuwait team consists of 14 players who include veteran members and promising younger talents, them as Balasubramani Shanti, Maryyam Ashraf, and Zeefa Jilani. The Botswanan team counts on home-field advantage as their experienced players, Amantle Mokgotlhe and Oratile Kgeresi, aim to claim victory after their Kalahari tournament final loss.
