New Turkish Drama “Stranger in the Mirror” Casts Its Lead Roles

ATV is bringing us a brand new Turkish drama! It’s called “Stranger in the Mirror,” featuring Onur Tuna and Simay Barlas in the leading roles. Eda Teksoz is the director, with the script by Pelin Gulcan, Lara Bulut Tecim, and Batuhan Ozbay. Asena Bulbuloglu is the producer.
A Mother’s Great Struggle
According to a report from Birsen Altuntas, Simay Barlas will play a character called Azra, and Onur Tuna will portray Alihan.
- The show will tell the story of a mother who fights hard to be reunited with her child. The main theme of the show is:
- “What would a woman sacrifice for her child?”
- It will depict a very meaningful story of love, pain, and strength.
Onur Tuna’s Musical Talent
In addition to acting, Onur Tuna also writes songs and sings them. Right now, he is in a Netflix show, “Letters to the Future.” In that series, his songs “Yorgun Da” and “Icimden Geldigince,” which he wrote and sang himself, appear in episodes 3 and 5, respectively.
