Thakher Makkah prepares to welcome pilgrims and tourists
Saudi arabia–The holy city’s mixed-use Thakher Makkah project, which includes hotels, apartments, and retail spaces, has stated that it will offer great options and chances for pilgrims, tourists, and investors.
The first phase of the Thakher Makkah project, which is about 1 kilometre from the Grand Mosque, is nearly finished, according to the project’s master developer, Thakher Development Company. The second phase is scheduled to be finished in 2024.
The infrastructure facilities for the project will comprise a road system, tunnels, sidewalks, landscaping, as well as retail spaces, dining establishments, and cafes. The project will include a retail centre with 124 stores of both national and international brands, as well as kid-friendly amusement areas, cafes, and restaurants serving diverse world cuisines. The project also includes a mosque with space for 5,000 people and will have up to 10,000 parking places for cars.
