Egypt Appreciates Oman’s Role in Securing Yemen Ceasefire Deal

Cairo acknowledged the diplomatic achievements of Oman that led to American-backed ceasefire agreement in Yemen. According to the statement released by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs maritime navigation security in the Red Sea region showed promising signs.

Both Egyptian officials and their government leadership expressed confidence that the agreement would push forward efforts to end Gaza’s military conflict. The statement commented that Egypt hoped this development would create momentum to launch extensive regional stability and security initiatives.

The new diplomatic agreement emerges from Egypt’s ongoing role as a leading mediator in the Middle East as it faces ongoing conflict resolution efforts.
