Russian Ambassador and Saudi Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs meet

Sergei Kozlov, the Russian ambassador to Saudi Arabia, was visited by deputy foreign minister Waleed Al-Khuraiji on Sunday to discuss relations.
In addition to methods to improve relations that suit the interests of both countries, they reviewed regional and global trends of common concern.

Rear Admiral Mansour bin Saud Al-Juaid, the assistant commander of the Saudi Western Fleet, and Captain Oleg Gladky, the head of the missile ship division of the Russian Northern Fleet, met.
Kozlov also discussed contacts with Dr. Abdulrahman Alrassi, Deputy Minister of Multilateral International Affairs, on March 23.
Political delegations from the two nations have exchanged meetings and visits throughout the years, which has improved relations.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan, the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia, met Sergey Lavrov, the foreign minister of Russia, on March 9 while in Moscow on business.
Prince Faisal stated that the Kingdom was prepared to mediate and that it supported all attempts to find a peaceful resolution to the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
The two discussed methods to further strengthen cooperation as well as the historical friendship and strategic cooperation between the two nations and their peoples.
