Kuwait Oil Workers to Receive Incentive Bonus Payment Beginning June 15, 2025

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation announced that incentive bonuses for oil sector workers are scheduled to start on June 15, 2025. This bonus rewards employees for their commitment and effort while working for the oil market within the fiscal year 2024/2025.
There are approximately 12, 000 employees in the oil sector workforce, and around 60 percent of them are expected to receive the incentive bonus. The maximum amount for the incentive bonus will be a maximum of three to a half month’s salary. Ultimately, this program intends to motivate employees and acknowledge exemplary employee performance in the oil industry.
Receiving an incentive bonus will depend on three simple factors: overall sector performance, company performance, and employee performance. The eligibility evaluation supports and confirms the distribution of bonuses to those employees making the most significant contributions towards success in the sector.
KPC’s implementation to provide the incentive bonus supports KPC’s commitment to promoting excellence and rewarding dedication within the oil sector. The incentive bonus will support employee’s morale and support their significant contribution to Kuwait’s economy.
Also, the incentive bonus will be issued on time and ensure KPC continues to maintain employee productivity and support its employees’ overall well-being as global energy markets continue to face future downside risks and uncertainty.
