Kuwait postpones Emir Cup final: New date revealed here

The Kuwait Football Association has officially postponed the Amir Cup final set for June 2025 due to regional issues. The highly anticipated final between Al-Arabi SC and Kuwait SC has been moved to October. The KFA said in a statement it took the decision after observing the regional security situation and reached the conclusion the safety of players, fans, and staff taking part in the event was paramount.
The Amir Cup is one of Kuwait’s most recognized football events, attracting hundreds of thousands of spectators each year. Football fans were looking forward to the Amir Cup final with great anticipation, and both clubs had prepared for a very exciting and significant final. Although it is disappointing to postpone the final, the KFA received many comments from clubs and fans who were supportive of the decision and applauded the precautions to reduce risk.
KFA officials have provided assurances to the public and have stated the new match date will be released soon and preparations will begin as soon as it is safe to do so.
