A group of German experts calls for urgent action to stop political Islam
In Germany, a group of Islam experts, politicians, sociologists, and theologians raised their voices to say enough to political Islam and the Muslim Brotherhood. The group signatory of a petition published by the German Welt newspaper, includes the lawyer Seyran Ates, GF’in Ibn Rushd-Goethe Mosque of Berlin; Dr. Winfried Bausback, MdL, Deputy Chairman of the CSU parliamentary group and former Minister of State; the theologian Friedmann Eißler; the political scientist and Islamic scholar Gülden Hennemann and other important names of sociologists, activists, and journalists.
The document warns of an alleged radicalization process in Europe by extremist groups linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. According to experts, Islam is mistaking root in European Muslim communities, including Germany. “This is a development that is already testing our society. We must no longer be silent about it,” they said, appealing to the Germans and Europeans. They pointed out that the horrific recent attack on the Basilica of Notre-Dame de l’Assomption in Nice, where a pensioner was stabbed in the throat while visiting the basilica shouting “Allahu Akbar”, not only proved once again that Political Islam is deadly, but it is taking root in European Muslim communities.
According to experts, although the level of French radicalization has not yet been reached in Germany, there are still signs of alarm. “Even in our cities there are segregated Muslim communities and Islamic extremism is enthusiastically welcomed by young people. The agitation and anti-Semitic attacks come not only from the radical right but also from Islamist circles. Hundreds of young men and women have joined in moved to Syria and Iraq in recent years to join a barbaric regime of terror. ” He reports the document, highlighting police crime statistics relating to crimes committed by migrants. Numerous people have been killed or seriously injured in terrorist attacks such as those in Ansbach, Würzburg, and on Breitscheidplatz in Berlin. The most recent was the Islamist murder in Dresden by a rejected Syrian asylum seeker and in the summer of an Islamist who preyed on motorcyclists in Berlin.
According to experts, the refusal to shake a woman’s hand may already be an indication of the level of Islamism in Europe. “Girls missing in swimming lessons, disrespect for female teachers already in primary schools or even threats and violence against people of other faiths need different answers from roundtables and burkini as approved school clothing.” Experts say.
